RDS Science Blast 2025

The children in the Senior Room had a BLAST this year at the RDS showcasing their project “What can you see under the Microscope?” We had great fun looking at different objects and organisms under a magnified lens. The judges were very impressed with our display and we attracted a lot of attention from pupils who loved looking through our microscopes. Many thanks to Coláiste Bhríde for the use of their microscope and Ms. Rickerby for showing us how it works and allowing us to gather specimens from their school pond.
